We check current availability, production capacity and practical delivery options for your destination.
You receive an individual offer covering the batch, pricing, preparation window, payment and delivery terms.
After approval, we prepare the order and hand it to the carrier. Tracking and documents are supplied according to the selected service.

BEFORE CONFIRMATION
There is currently no universal fixed lead time. We confirm a realistic preparation window for each order individually.
Cost depends on destination, shipment weight and volume, carrier and route availability. It is stated in the individual quotation.
Import requirements vary by country. The quotation should state in writing who is responsible for duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
Check the approved order details before payment. If a shipment arrives damaged, document the packaging and products immediately for a carrier claim.
